IMPORTANT NOTICE
It has come to our notice that some Departments/ individuals(self-acclaimed aspirants) have been contravening the provisions of the FUNAABSU Constitutions and Electoral Act. Information reaching us has it that, some people who regarded themselves as stakeholders including the HOCs in the Department of Animal Nutrition, came together with two individuals from the Department and conducted a kangaroo primary elections and even made the two individuals to  sign some form of undertakings without our prior notice or following the due course of law. The 2015/2016 electoral committee has not been dissolved, neither has the FUNAABSU SRA Constituted a new committee for the 2016/2017session. In the same vein, no constituted authority has lifted the ban from the 2016/2017 elections commencement. Hence, any Department/ individual campaigning or conducting any form of election will be punished. In lieu of this, the Department of Animal Nutrition is hereby BANNED from participating in the FUNAABSU SRA 2016/2017 elections and the two individuals who were said to have contested in such illegal primary election (whose names are withheld), are automatically DISQUALIFIED.

Transportation Issues In Funaab

     The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta has provided luxurious buses also known as MANCOT for the transportation of both students and staff of the school during the weekdays. Cabs and Buses (shuttle) are also allowed into the school for the effective conveyance of students to and from the school during the weekdays and weekends. Despite all this, the transportation system in FUNAAB is still a major source of concern for the students.
